Who i am?

I am a fully qualified counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling & an Advanced Diploma in CBT.

I continually work to improve and update my knowledge and have an accredited qualification with Cruse Bereavement Care as well as training in Psychological Trauma through the Wave Trauma Centre & suicide awareness as both an ASIST (Applied Suicide Interventions Skills Training) participant and more recently an ASIST facilitator.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) & an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) which means that I adhere fully to the ethical guidelines laid down by these organisations.
